HOW IT WORKS

Each virtual consultation is approximately 45 minutes and takes place securely online. During your session, your practitioner will review your main concerns, health history, lifestyle factors, and current symptoms to develop a comprehensive understanding of your constitution and underlying patterns.

From there, your R.TCMP will create a personalized treatment plan that may include a custom herbal formula, TCM nutritional or medicated diet guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to support your condition.

Herbal prescriptions are prepared specifically for you and delivered directly to your home. (Cost of herbs is additional.)

Please fill out the ‘Health History Form’ at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Please allow up to 5 days for processing of herbal formulas.
